Per queste cose sole: esaminare la domanda e deliberare sull'ammissione (Codice del Terzo settore, art. 23; statuto, art. 9); iscrivere chi è ammesso nel libro degli associati, che la legge obbliga a tenere (art. 15); se ti offri come volontario, iscriverti nel registro dei volontari (art. 17; statuto, art. 13); scrivere ai soci per la vita dell'associazione, come le convocazioni delle assemblee.For these things only: examining the application and deciding on admission (Italian Third Sector Code, art. 23; statute, art. 9); entering those admitted in the register of members, which the law requires (art. 15); if you offer to volunteer, entering you in the register of volunteers (art. 17; statute, art. 13); writing to members about the life of the association, such as notices of general meetings.

La domanda la fai tu: i dati servono a dare seguito alla tua richiesta e poi al rapporto associativo (regolamento europeo 2016/679, art. 6, par. 1, lettera b). La tenuta del libro degli associati è un obbligo di legge (lettera c).You make the application: the data are needed to act on your request and then for the membership (EU Regulation 2016/679, art. 6(1)(b)). Keeping the register of members is a legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
Che cosa chiediamoWhat we ask for
Nome, cognome, data e luogo di nascita e codice fiscale servono a sapere con certezza chi chiede di entrare. La residenza e l'email servono a raggiungerti. Telefono, professione, note e la disponibilità al volontariato sono facoltativi. Senza i dati obbligatori la domanda non si può esaminare.Name, surname, date and place of birth and tax code are needed to know with certainty who is applying. Residence and email are needed to reach you. Phone, profession, notes and the offer to volunteer are optional. Without the required data the application cannot be examined.
Chi li vedeWho sees them
Il consiglio direttivo dell'associazione. Sono conservati su un archivio riservato del server che ospita il sito, separato dalle pagine pubbliche e non raggiungibile da chi visita il sito. Li trattano, per conto dell'associazione, solo i fornitori tecnici che servono a far funzionare il sito e il collegamento cifrato. Non si pubblicano, non si vendono, non si usano per pubblicità e non si passano a nessun altro.The association's board. They are kept in a restricted archive on the server that hosts the site, separate from the public pages and not reachable by site visitors. They are handled on the association's behalf only by the technical providers needed to run the site and the encrypted connection. They are not published, sold, used for advertising or passed to anyone else.

I dati dei soci, per tutta la durata del rapporto associativo e poi per il tempo che la legge chiede per i libri sociali. I dati di una domanda non accolta, per il tempo del ricorso previsto dallo statuto (art. 9): trenta giorni dalla comunicazione, entro i quali puoi chiedere che decida l'assemblea, e fino alla sua decisione.Members' data, for the whole duration of the membership and then for the time the law requires for the association's books. The data of an application that is not accepted, for the appeal period set by the statute (art. 9): thirty days from notice, within which you can ask the general meeting to decide, and until its decision.
I tuoi dirittiYour rights
Puoi chiedere di vedere i tuoi dati, di correggerli, di cancellarli quando non servono più, di limitarne l'uso, di riceverli in un formato leggibile, e puoi opporti al trattamento (regolamento 2016/679, artt. 15-21). Basta scrivere all'indirizzo qui sopra. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (art. 77).You can ask to see your data, to correct them, to erase them when they are no longer needed, to restrict their use, to receive them in a readable format, and you can object to the processing (Regulation 2016/679, arts. 15-21). Just write to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (art. 77).
