Provincia e numero d'iscrizione sono il motivo per cui il registro vale qualcosa: li controlliamo prima di pubblicare. Senza, il registro sarebbe un elenco di nomi che chiunque potrebbe farsi mettere.Province and registration number are the reason the register is worth something: we check them before publishing. Without them, the register would be a list of names anyone could have added.
L'email serve prima di tutto a risponderti, anche quando la risposta è no. Le richieste sono conservate su un archivio riservato dell'applicazione, separato dalle pagine pubbliche e non raggiungibile da chi visita il sito: nessun indirizzo web porta a quel file. Le legge la redazione di CamelidVet, e nessun altro. They are read by the CamelidVet editorial team, and no one else. The connection between your browser and the site is encrypted.

Il tempoTime
Finché ci resti. Una volta l'anno la redazione ricontrolla che l'iscrizione all'Ordine sia ancora in corso e che i recapiti funzionino; se un recapito non risponde più, ti scriviamo prima di togliere la voce.As long as you stay listed. Once a year the editorial team rechecks that your registration with the Order is still active and that your contact details work; if a contact no longer responds, we write to you before removing the entry.
La richiesta respinta viene cancellata entro sei mesi. Teniamo, per quel tempo, il motivo del rifiuto: serve a non ripetere lo stesso controllo se ci riscrivi, e a risponderti se ci chiedi conto della decisione.A rejected request is deleted within six months. For that time, we keep the reason for the rejection: this serves to avoid repeating the same check if you write to us again, and to answer you if you ask us to account for the decision.
La voce viene tolta dal sito e cancellata dall'archivio. Non ne resta una copia «per sicurezza»: una cancellazione che lascia una copia non è una cancellazione.The entry is removed from the site and deleted from the archive. No copy of it remains «for safety»: a deletion that leaves a copy is not a deletion.

Rispondiamo e agiamo entro trenta giorni; nella pratica, entro pochi.from the address you signed up with, saying what you want: to correct a piece of data, to leave only the map and remain in the registry, or to leave entirely. We respond and act within thirty days; in practice, within a few.
I due consensi si revocano separatamente, come si danno. Revocare il secondo non ti toglie dal registro; revocare il primo ti toglie da tutto.The two consents are withdrawn separately, as they are given. Withdrawing the second does not remove you from the register; withdrawing the first removes you from everything.
Fra colleghiAmong colleagues
Le domande e le risposte che i veterinari accolti nel registro si scambiano nella loro area, ognuna con la data e con il nome e cognome di chi l'ha scritta, così come risultano dal registro: non esistono interventi anonimi. Tiene anche l'elenco di chi ha scelto di non ricevere gli avvisi, e per ogni domanda l'elenco di chi la segue. Non si caricano fotografie né documenti: solo testo.The questions and answers that the veterinarians admitted to the registry exchange in their area, each with the date and with the first and last name of who wrote it, as they appear in the registry: there are no anonymous contributions. It also keeps the list of those who have chosen not to receive alerts, and for each question the list of those who follow it. No photographs or documents are uploaded: text only.
Nello stesso archivio riservato delle richieste, separato dalle pagine del sito. La leggono soltanto i veterinari accolti, entrando con la propria chiave personale: chi non ha la chiave non la trova in nessuna pagina del sito né nella sua ricerca, in italiano come in inglese.In the same restricted archive as the requests, separate from the site pages. Only admitted veterinarians read it, entering with their own personal key: whoever does not have the key will not find it on any page of the site nor in its search, in Italian as in English.
Quando un collega fa una domanda nuova, gli altri ricevono un'email con il suo nome e il titolo della domanda; il testo resta nella bacheca. Una risposta manda un avviso solo a chi segue quella discussione (chi ha fatto la domanda la segue da sé), con il nome di chi ha risposto e il titolo, mai il testo. Si smette di seguire una discussione dalla bacheca o dal collegamento che sta in ogni avviso; tutti gli avvisi si spengono e si riaccendono dalla bacheca.When a colleague asks a new question, the others receive an email with their name and the title of the question; the text stays on the board. An answer sends an alert only to those who follow that discussion (whoever asked the question follows it automatically), with the name of who answered and the title, never the text. You stop following a discussion from the board or from the link found in every alert; all alerts are turned off and back on from the board.
Chi riceve gli avvisi può scegliere di riceverli in chat, su Telegram, invece che per email; chi non collega la chat continua a riceverli per email. La chat si collega dalla bacheca, con un collegamento che vale quindici minuti e una volta sola; del codice di quel collegamento si conserva soltanto un'impronta. Quando la chat è collegata arriva un'email di conferma: se non la si è collegata di persona, nella bacheca si preme «Scollega Telegram». Si conservano soltanto il numero che identifica la chat e la data del collegamento, nient'altro: né il nome né il numero di telefono dell'account. Restano finché la chat non viene scollegata, dalla bacheca o scrivendo /stop al bot, o finché non si esce dal registro. Attraverso Telegram passano il nome e il cognome di chi ha scritto, il titolo della domanda e i collegamenti, mai il testo; il nome di chi scrive può passare da Telegram anche se lui non la usa, perché è chi riceve a sceglierla. Telegram è un servizio di un'altra società, con server anche fuori dall'Unione europea, e ha la sua informativa: telegram.org/privacy. Le domande e le risposte si scrivono solo nel sito, e il bot non conserva nulla di ciò che gli si scrive.
Chi riceve gli avvisi può scegliere di riceverli come notifiche, che compaiono sul telefono o sul computer anche a pagina chiusa; toccando la notifica si apre la discussione. Si attivano dalla bacheca, dal dispositivo che si vuole usare, dopo il consenso del browser. Del dispositivo si conservano soltanto un indirizzo tecnico e due chiavi di cifratura che il suo browser ci consegna per poterlo avvisare, legati alla tua iscrizione, con la data in cui è stato aggiunto: né il nome né il modello del dispositivo. Attraverso la notifica passano il nome e il cognome di chi ha scritto, il titolo della domanda e il collegamento, mai il testo. La notifica viaggia cifrata attraverso il servizio del produttore del browser o del telefono (Google, Apple, Mozilla o Microsoft), che ne conosce il passaggio ma non il contenuto. Il dispositivo resta finché non lo si toglie, dal pulsante «Togli le notifiche da tutti i dispositivi» della bacheca o dalle impostazioni del sito nel browser, o finché non si esce dal registro; se smette di rispondere viene tolto da solo.
Un intervento resta finché chi l'ha scritto non lo toglie; una domanda che ha già le risposte dei colleghi la toglie la presidente dell'associazione, che può togliere qualunque intervento. Chi esce dal registro esce anche dalla bacheca: i suoi interventi vengono cancellati insieme alla sua voce.A post stays until whoever wrote it removes it; a question that already has colleagues' answers is removed by the association's president, who can remove any post. Whoever leaves the registry also leaves the board: their posts are deleted along with their entry.
